My favorite bruschetta! It always sounds so appetizing—and it’s always something I want to photograph! This simple bruschetta with peanut butter, apple, cinnamon, and pomegranate is incredibly easy to make. Here’s one of my favorite recipes:
 

Ingredients:
Baguette (or any bread of your choice) — 4 slices
Peanut butter — 2–3 tablespoons
Apple — 1 (preferably sweet)
Cinnamon — to taste
Pomegranate — 1/2 fruit
 

Preparation:
Slice the baguette and toast the pieces in a dry pan on both sides until golden and crisp.

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over each slice.

Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices. Place the apple slices on top of the peanut butter toast.

Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds. Top the bruschetta with the pomegranate seeds.
 

And that’s it—peanut butter, apple, cinnamon, and pomegranate bruschetta is ready! Enjoy this delicious and healthy breakfast or brunch.
