When everyday worries and responsibilities fill our lives, and countless events leave no chance to meet a childhood friend after many years apart, online conversations and phone calls help us not forget one another. But when the long-awaited opportunity to meet finally appears, such a moment can no longer be postponed. You want to share everything that has happened during that time—looking into each other’s eyes, listening closely, forgetting the passing hours, exchanging impressions, and enjoying all that has been achieved together.

And may dreams come true. Together and separately, complementing one another, we can rejoice like children, make wishes, and be grateful for what we already have.

Nature is a source of inspiration, peace, and harmony. We walked, enjoying the beauty around us, capturing moments of joy in photographs where there was no room for rules, limitations, or tension. Yulia—simply Yulia—was entirely herself, and I photographed her with an open heart. To me, she will always be Juliet.

We explored patches of nettles in search of snails, admired blooming cherry trees, and watched airplanes passing overhead. We spoke about personal things, about our favorite music and books. Without interrupting one another, we discussed countless subjects, trying to fit everything into the time we had.

Yet much remained behind the scenes. But that will become another story, because everything bitter and joyful in our lives now lies behind us. Tomorrow will bring a new day and a new chapter in our story. And everything will be well. And dreams will surely come true.
